Terrible location! Hotel seems to be in the middle of no where. When I looked at location it appeared that restaurants etc would be close A taxi of 15e to nearest shopping mall 30e to Milan Town center and on a Sunday the 15e trip cost us double for Sunday! Advise to get a uber instead that way you know the price Rooms were big and very clean Breakfast continental Loved Milan but high in prices

Avoid it at all cost they take your money and never refund even if is their fault they don't care, just care about money they never reply to emails or calls if non refundable plus very very bad location bad hotel avoid this dead zone. This hotel will close soon avoid it. MILAN HAS SO MANY HOTELS WHY THIS why risky it.

I stayed in this hotel to participate in a kizomba festival called Kizmi. It was a nice modern hotel, very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all nice and helpful. There's no supermarket nearby, so buying some drink, food, etc could be a bit hassle. Also it's 10 to 15 minutes walk to a nearest bus stop, so if you don't have a car, the access to and from the hotel may be a bit inconvenient.

Please look at reviews before you book this hotel!! I definitely recommend a hotel closer to the centre! So, the tram stop into the centre is a 17 minute walk and I recommend getting the number 12 tram which is a 50 minute ride to the duomo which is the last stop right in the centre. The trams run until around 2am so catching the tram late on is okay. Or you can get an Uber which is around £30 for a standard taxi or £50 for the next class up The hotel area is a sort of run down industrial estate so please be careful when walking across the roads etc. It is around an hour from bergamo airport which we flown from. Transfers from that airport are expensive, looking around £160-£350 for a return transfer. There is a tiny sign on the front desk charging city tax which is €5 per night, per guest and they charge for the bottled water in the refrigerator in the room - €2.50. The hotel is right next to the motorway so expect traffic noise, it’s not too bad so I managed to sleep through it.

Very rude staff. Charged 10€ for an additional towel. We like to shower twice daily and as avid travelers, we’ve never had an issue getting an additional set of towels in our worldly travelers, nor have we been charged a fee for such a request. Glad to experience this before booking clients here, I will never send a client to this hotel.
